Ordering & Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other secure payment methods available through Shopify Payments.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed? We begin processing orders very quickly (within 1-3 business days) to ensure fast shipping. Due to this, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please contact us immediately at wernersofia402@gmail.com or +17167380456 if you need to make a change, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Do you offer gift cards? Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are looking into this option for the future!

Shipping

  • Where do you ship? We currently only ship within the United States.

  • How long does it take to process an order? Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive after it's shipped? Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 5-8 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

  • How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

  • What if my package is lost or damaged? Werner Sofia Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wernersofia402@gmail.com  with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to our full Refund and Return Policy for complete details.

  • How do I return an item? To initiate a return, please email us at wernersofia402@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions.

  • Who pays for return shipping? You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was damaged or defective.

  • How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Do you offer exchanges? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • How do I know what size to order? We strive to provide accurate sizing information on each product page. Please refer to the size chart available for each item to help you make the best selection. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us.

  • How do I care for my items? Care instructions are typically included on the product page and/or on the garment's label. We recommend following these instructions carefully to ensure the longevity of your clothing.
